RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

In the event that you would need to return or exchange a defective product, we will give you the best customer service available by either replacing the item in question or giving you an account credit for a future Jerusalem Depot purchase (good for one year from the date of your purchase).
In the event that you are simply not satisfied with the product you ordered, we can replace it for you under the condition that you ship it back to us at your expense, and you will be charged for only the shipping cost, and any price difference, when your desired product is again sent out.

Rates displayed on this site do not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling are added after the method of shipping is selected. The total amount displayed at: “Order Confirmation” page will include the shipping and handling, note that at this point leaving the page in any manner except pressing the continue button will not submit your order and will not be charged for it.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

For Africa, Europe, and North America – 30 business days (6 weeks). For Asia, Oceania, and South America – 4 to 6 weeks.
EMS – Express Mail Service is a service of the Israel Postal Authority can guarantee delivery of your items within 10 business days to Africa, Europe, and North America, within 12 business days to Asia, Oceania, and South America.
Please request this when placing your order on line in the comments section – an added fee will be charged for this service. Please be advised that this service is dependent upon availability of merchandise and that we require 3 days business to process any item before it is shipped. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or unavailable.

The tax authority of the country of residence of the importer reserves the right to charge VAT where applicable or import tax. In the case that either VAT or import tax is charged this for the account of the purchaser and importer of the goods.
